Blind Rivet Nuts
We use the riveting matrix as a jointing component, after the application of which we further acquire an unbreakable thread prepared for screwing in additional material or if we need in tin or other materials to prepare a resistant thread for other applications, particularly if we have access only to one side.
We distinguish 3 types of heads on riveting matrices: flat - the most standard used; micro-head also called low, reduced or countersunk - after application this almost does not extent beyond the surface of the material, there is no need to deepen the hole, and a 90o countersunk head - the material needs to be deepened while after riveting, the surface is entirely smooth, the head does not extend above the surface.
The ends of all our matrices are slightly bevelled to facilitate threading of the matrix into the drilled opening.
